You want full creative freedom? You’ve got it. We’ll be leaving our templates at home and collaborating with you to create a place that turns out exactly the way you’ve always dreamed.

If you’ve got the space, why not use it? Adding a minor dwelling to your property is an easy way to ramp up rental returns. Plus if your property is under 600sqm, you won’t even need resource consent!

You have the section... we've got the plan! Our range of house plans can be customised to suit your wishlist. It's important that the plan works well on your site - we're happy to offer advice and work with you get to get the best results possible.

House & Land Packages
An empty section and a brand new house - one’s not much good without the other, so get them both at once! Choose from options in and around Cambridge or across the Waikato region. You’ll even have the chance to change and tweak the house design before it all gets started.
How we work
From Cambridge to Kawhia, everyone has a different dream for their new house, and we take great care to make sure we’re on the same page. But even though the details are always unique, each of our builds goes through the same tried and tested process:
Initial Consultation
Not quite sure where to start? Let’s have a chat about bringing your ideas into the real world.
Concept Design & Pricing
Everything’s clearer when you put it down on paper. This is where you make sure everything fits together nicely, and falls within your budget.
Detailed Drawings
Time for the nitty gritty: these drawings are the ones we’ll send off to the council for approval. This stage is also when the final build price is fixed.
Contract & Consent
Let’s make it official. Contracts are signed and final plans are sent off to your local council for consent.
Construction
Time to build! After all the prep, it’s finally happening. Our conscientious team of builders and subcontractors are fully committed to bringing your vision to life.
Handover
It’s the day you’ve been waiting for. The journey is over, everything’s done and your shiny new home is ready and waiting. Congrats!
