This home holds a special place as it was the first house and land package ResiBuilt completed. This project was completed in July 2021 – a five month build from start to finish.
Steep banks bordered two of the four boundaries on the 841 m2 section, with the remaining two boundaries being bordered by retaining walls. This required special consideration when developing the plans so the land could be best utilised. Plans were created for a stunning 235 m2 home. Once the clients had signed up they had a lot of input into all design decisions from kitchen layout to paint colours and everything in between. Our clients are so happy with their new home.
